Porcelain Braces

Metal Braces are very effective in curing orthodontic issues, but many people, including children, do not want to wear them because they affect their facial appearance. On the other hand, Porcelain Braces offer similar results, but they would not affect your aesthetics. These are clear braces, which remain fairly invisible and are an excellent choice for those who do not want metals on their teeth. Also known as tooth-colored braces, these appliances are perfect for people of all ages. It can blend in easily with an adult’s lifestyle. Unlike the traditional braces, these are made of glass-like composite material, which has a very translucent appearance. It lets your teeth shine through it.

These braces are stain-resistant and made to blend effortlessly with the brackets. It would appear as if you are wearing an orthodontic retainer to the world. However, remember they are quite different from Invisalign. Porcelain braces use wires and brackets, whereas Invisalign uses clear trays. Even though Invisalign is more invisible than porcelain braces, they might not properly cure all the malocclusion issues.
